Fourth of July is inconveniently falling on a Wednesday this year. I was mentally preparing myself for class monday and med/surg clinical tuesday and then psych clinical thursday. To much of my surprise, my teacher announced that she was going to cancel class monday which then it didn't make sense to have clinical tuesday and my psych clinical instructor sent out an email saying we weren't going to start until the 12th! Just a friendly reminder that our teachers are human too and probably wanted to take advantage of an excuse to have some time off as well. Now that's something to celebrate.
